Dr. Raleigh Pioch is a board-certified Doctor of Dental Surgery and the founder of Revolution Dental Group in Oregon City, Oregon. He is an expert in full mouth reconstruction, including veneers, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, and dental implants, and he developed the proprietary IMPower™ X4 Implant Solution along with the SmileRevolution™ 1-Day Implant Solution and the SmileEvolution™ Progressive Implant Solution. These systems give patients efficient, long-lasting implant treatment with a timeline measured in days rather than months.
Dr. Raleigh grew up in Oregon and graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Physiology. During his years in East Lansing he played center for the Spartan football team, learning from coaches including Nick Saban, Pat Shurmur, and George Perles. He went on to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006, then completed a residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Afterward he returned home to Oregon and started his first practice in Salem.
His training and decades of clinical experience mean he can manage nearly any complication that arises during treatment, which matters when you have been told elsewhere that you are not a candidate. He is recognized as a leader in implant dentistry, restorative dentistry, and full arch rehabilitation throughout the Oregon City and Portland areas, and he regularly treats complex cases that other providers decline. Dr. Raleigh has dedicated his career to creating the optimal patient experience: exceptional care in a friendly, comfortable environment. Patients consistently praise his clinical skill, his caring demeanor, and how responsive he is to their questions and concerns. To make treatment faster and simpler for them, he built an on-site dental lab and oral surgery center so diagnosis, surgery, and final restorations all happen in one place. Full-arch patients also receive his personal phone number, so the surgeon who placed your implants is the one you reach afterward.

I can not say how happy I am with Revolution Dental. I have very significant dentist anxiety, never liked to go to the dentist due to bad experiences I had many years ago. When finally decided for implants, I start looking around. Revolution Dental made me feel comfortable, my anxiety decreased considerably to the point that I enjoy being here. Dr. Raleigh, Dr. Taylor, Amy and the whole staff are so nice, caring and professional. I could not be happier with my choice. I highly recommend Revolution Dental to everyone that need dental implants.

My experience at Revelation Dental has been nothing but great, compassionate and thorough. The staff, I can’t emphasise enough, are a complete 10 out of 10. When deciding on implants I needed to know I’d be a in good hands so I did a lot of research! Revolution Dental came up the winter by far and so turns out I was in great hands. If you decide on implants this is the place to go! Shout out to Erica who goes the extra mile and also Sarah, both are now like family! I actually look forward to my visit!

You probably have more questions than answers at this point. Check out the answers to these commonly-asked questions for a little more reassurance.
Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the procedure is. During treatment, the area is completely numbed, and many patients report less discomfort than they expected. After the procedure, mild soreness and swelling are normal and can typically be managed with medication and post-operative care instructions.
The timeline varies depending on your specific needs. Some patients can receive implants and temporary teeth in a single visit, while others may require several months for healing before their final restoration is placed. During your consultation, we'll create a personalized treatment timeline.
Many adults with missing teeth are good candidates for dental implants. Factors such as overall health, gum health, and jawbone density play a role. Even if you've been told you don't qualify in the past, advancements in implant dentistry may provide options that weren't previously available.
With proper care and regular dental checkups, dental implants can last for many years and often decades. Because implants are designed to function like natural tooth roots, they are one of the most durable tooth replacement options available.
Yes. Dental implants are designed to closely match the appearance of your natural teeth. Your custom restoration will be crafted to blend with your smile, helping you achieve a natural-looking result that feels secure and comfortable.
One of the biggest benefits of dental implants is the ability to enjoy many of the foods you may have been avoiding. Once your treatment is complete and healing has occurred, implants provide a strong, stable foundation that allows you to chew and eat with confidence.
Many long-term denture wearers successfully transition to implant-supported solutions. Dental implants can help eliminate common denture frustrations such as slipping, movement, and the need for adhesives while providing greater stability and comfort.
The cost of treatment depends on factors such as the number of implants needed, the condition of your oral health, and the type of restoration recommended. During your consultation, we'll review your options and discuss financing solutions that may help make treatment more affordable.
